  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL647-66360-1

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse IgG1 isotype control (CL647-66360-1, Clone:1F8D3) (red), or 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Lamin B1 antibody (CL647-66095, Clone: 3C10G12) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
