  WB analysis of human bladder using 11122-1-AP

  human bladder tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11122-1-AP (ATG12 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of UV treated HEK-293 using 11122-1-AP

  UV treated HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11122-1-AP (ATG12 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
