Background Information
FOXP3, also named as IPEX, JM2 and Scurfin, is a transcription factor. FOXP3 plays a critical role in the control of immune response. Defects in FOXP3 are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome (IPEX) which also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome. This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a peptide mapping within human FOXP3.

Reviews
What customers say
The single review for this product reports a 2-star rating from an Immunofluorescence application on mouse brain slices at a 1:100 dilution. The reviewer noted non-specific staining as the main issue, suggesting the antibody may require optimization (e.g., adjusting dilution, blocking conditions, or fixation protocol) to improve specificity in IF experiments.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
