Shihab (Verified Customer) (09-17-2021) | This antibody was used in a western blot application to identify recombinant Esyt1 prescence. Using 1:500 at the first attempt, this antibody was able to successfully provide a band at the correct size. Furthermore, the band was clean which was an added bonus. I will be reducing the concentration of antibody used and also trying this antibody in other applications as well as primary cell lysate
