  WB analysis using 67228-1-Ig

  Non-boil and boiled HepG2 and A549 cell lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67228-1-Ig (ABCC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. Left panel was exposed for 20 sec. and right panel was exposed for 1 min.

  IF Staining of A549 using 67228-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using MRP1 antibody (67228-1-Ig, Clone: 1G4A2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

Background Information

Multidrug resistant-associated protein 1 (MRP1; ABCC1) is a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter protein superfamily, subfamily C. MRP1 is overexpressed in cancers and contributes to the occurrence of multidrug resistance (MDR). Expression of MRP1 has been considered as a negative marker for the outcome of chemotherapy. Recently MRP1 has been reported to play a crucial role in Aβ clearance at the blood-brain barrier.
