  WB analysis using 67960-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67960-1-Ig (ABCE1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 67960-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using ABCE1 antibody (67960-1-Ig, Clone: 1B7E8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

This antibody does not work in any cell extract tested. It doesn't work in PVDF or nitrocellulose, multiple dilution and different blocking buffers.
