  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86161-3-RR (ACAA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86161-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 86161-3-RR (same clone as 86161-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using ACAA2 antibody (86161-3-RR, Clone: 250814D2 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86161-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86161-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86161-3-RR against Human ACAA2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.598 nM.
