Validation Data Gallery

• 

  WB analysis using 22419-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22419-1-AP (ADRA1B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of PC-3 using 22419-1-AP

  1X10^6 PC-3 cells were stained with 0.2ug ADRA1B antibody (22419-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

• Positive WB detected in: mouse brain tissue, mouse heart tissue, mouse testis tissue, rat brain tissue
• Positive FC detected in: PC-3 cells

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:2000
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
