  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27568-1-AP (ANKRD46 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27568-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using ANKRD46 antibody (27568-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27568-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ANKRD46 encodes a protein containing multiple ankyrin repeats. Ankyrin domains function in protein-protein interactions in a variety of cellular processes. ANKRD46 also known as ankyrin repeat small protein (ANK-S), is a 228-amino acid single-pass membrane protein(PMID: 21219636).
