  WB analysis using 10726-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10726-1-AP (ATIC antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 10726-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells using 10726-1-AP (ATIC antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

5-Aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase (ATIC, also known as AICAR) is an enzyme that can catalyse the last two reactions in the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway, has been previously reported to be upregulated and to participate in myeloma and hepatocellular carcinoma progression (PMID: 35251351).
