Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Background Information

Albumin is a multi-functional protein that participates in the regulation of colloid osmotic pressure, transportation of endogenous ligands and drugs, and regulation of microvascular permeability.
