• 

  WB analysis using 15200-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15200-1-AP (B4GALT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 15200-1-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15200-1-AP (B4GALT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
