  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86248-1-RR (BAG5 antibody) at dilution of 1:30000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86248-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 86248-1-RR (same clone as 86248-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using BAG5 antibody (86248-1-RR, Clone: 250877D12 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86248-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86248-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86248-1-RR against Human BAG5 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.286 nM.
