  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30186-1-AP (BRPF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30186-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis tissue slide using 30186-1-AP (BRPF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30186-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using BRPF1 antibody (30186-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30186-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 30186-1-AP (same clone as 30186-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human BRPF1 (30186-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30186-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

BRPF1 (bromodomain and PHD finger-containing protein 1) is also named as BR140. BRPF1 is scaffold subunit of various histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complexes, such as the MOZ/MORF and HBO1 complexes, which have a histone H3 acetyltransferase activity (PMID:16387653, PMID:24065767, PMID:27939640). BRPF1 plays a key role in HBO1 complex by directing KAT7/HBO1 specificity towards histone H3 'Lys-14' acetylation (H3K14ac) (PMID:24065767). And BRPF1 positively regulates the transcription of RUNX1 and RUNX2 (PMID:18794358).
