  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31484-1-AP (CCDC76 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31484-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

CCDC76 (coiled‐coil domain‐containing protein 76), also known as the human tRNA Nm4 methyltransferase (hTrmt13) is an uncharacterized human protein containing 481 amino acid residues that shares 27% sequence similarity with yeast Trm13p. The expression of CCDC76 was significantly associated with patient survival in breast carcinoma and liver and renal cancer patients (PMID: 34850409).
