  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98553-1-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or CCL17/TARC-transfected HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CCL17/TARC Rabbit RecAb (98553-1-RR, Clone: 250385D10) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98553-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98553-1-RR against Mouse CCL17/TARC were performed. The affinity constant is 1.13 nM.

Background Information

CCL17, also named as TARC, is a member of the CC chemokine family, and is highly expressed by thymus and other cells, including keratinocytes, endothelial cells, dendritic cells, bronchial epithelial cells and fibroblasts. CCL17 plays important roles in T cell development in thymus as well as in trafficking and activation of mature T cells. CCL17 induced chemotaxis and Ca2+ influx in the cells stably expressing CCR4, thereby demonstrating the ligand-receptor relationship between CCL17 and CCR4.
