  FC experiment of Balb/c mouse peritoneal macrophages using 65095-1-Ig

  1X10^6 Balb/c mouse peritoneal macrophages were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse CD115 (c-fms) (65095-1-Ig, Clone: AFS98) and FITC anti-rat IgG2a Antibody at dilution 1:200 (green), or stained with 0.5 ug isotype control and FITC anti-rat IgG2a Antibody at dilution 1:200 (black). Cells were not fixed.
