  SDS-PAGE of SF98042-1-RR

  Purity of Recombinant ScFv antibody(Cat No.:SF98042-1-RR) was determined by SDS-PAGE. The protein was resolved in an SDS-PAGE in reducing (R) and condition and stained using Coomassie blue.

• 

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using SF98042-1-RR (same clone as SF98042-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug CD4 Recombinant Antibody (SF98042-1-RR, Clone: 240427E12) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE Anti-GGGGS Linker Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (PE-98262, Clone: 242306C8). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with SF98042-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of SF98042-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of SF98042-1-RR against Human CD4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.824 nM.

Background Information

CD4 is a 55-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on T helper cells, the majority of thymocytes, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells (PMID: 9304802; 12213222). CD4 is an accessory protein for MHC class-II antigen/T-cell receptor interaction. It plays an important role in T helper cell development and activation (PMID: 9539765; 3112582). CD4 serves as a receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (PMID: 9304802).
