  FC experiment of rat splenocytes using 65607-1-MR (same clone as 65607-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Rat CD43 Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65607-1-MR, Clone: W3/13) or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) and FITC anti-Mouse IgG2a Antibody. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65607-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
