  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65567-1-PBS

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.125 ug Anti-Human CD54 (15.2) Mouse Recombinant Antibody, PBS Only (65567-1-PBS, Clone:15.2), or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) (APC-65133, Clone: OKT3). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.125 ug Anti-Human CD54 (15.2) Mouse Recombinant Antibody, PBS Only (65567-1-PBS, Clone:15.2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1) (right), or 0.125 ug Anti-Human CD54 (ICAM-1) (15.2) (65075-1-Ig, Clone: 15.2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1) (left). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
