  FC experiment of human PBMCs using AB-65235

  1X10^6 PHA-activated human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul Atlantic Blue™ Anti-Human CD71 (AB-65235, Clone:OKT9) (red) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (blue). Unactivated human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul Atlantic Blue™ Anti-Human CD71 (black). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
