  1X10^6 Human monocytes-derived dendritic cells (induced with GM-CSF+IL-4+TNF-α) were surface stained with 10 ul APC Anti-Human CD83 (APC-65171, Clone:HB15e) (blue) or APC mouse IgG1 isotype control (black). Cells were not fixed.
