  FC experiment of HeLa using 83115-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CELSR2 Recombinant antibody (83115-1-RR, Clone:230319H5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.
