  IHC staining of mouse cerebellum using 28835-1-AP (same clone as 28835-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue slide using 28835-1-AP (CELSR3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28835-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Atypical cadherin Celsr3 plays critical roles during brain development, in collaboration with Fzd3. Celsr3 is required for postnatal cerebellar Purkinje cell maturation and synaptic plasticity, which has potential implications in neural disorders implicating the cerebellum.
