  WB analysis of Jurkat using 11031-1-AP (same clone as 11031-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11031-1-AP (CPSF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 11031-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) is a multisubunit complex that plays a central role in 3-prime processing of pre-mRNAs. CPSF recognizes the AAUAAA signal in the pre-mRNA and interacts with other proteins to facilitate both RNA cleavage and poly(A) synthesis.
