  IF Staining of LNCaP using 84052-1-RR (same clone as 84052-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed LNCaP cells using CTNNAL1 antibody (84052-1-RR, Clone: 240698B11 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84052-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84052-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 84052-1-RR (same clone as 84052-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Ctnnal1 Recombinant Antibody (84052-1-RR, Clone:240698B11) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84052-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
