  WB analysis of Jurkat using 87055-4-RR (same clone as 87055-4-PBS)

  Staurosporine treated Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87055-4-RR (Cleaved Caspase 3/P12 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (60004-1-Ig) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87055-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 87055-4-RR (same clone as 87055-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Staurosporine treated Jurkat cells using Cleaved Caspase 3/P12 antibody (87055-4-RR, Clone: 252012D12 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87055-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Cleaved Caspase-3 p12 is one of the two subunits of active Caspase-3 and plays a key catalytic role in the execution of apoptosis. Precursor cleavage of Caspase-3 ultimately forms an active heterotetramer composed of two p17 subunits and two p12 subunits.
