  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17795-1-AP (DDX47 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17795-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using DDX47 antibody (17795-1-AP) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17795-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

DEAD-box helicase 47 (DDX47) is a member of the DEAD-box protein family. It contains two conserved domains: DEXDc (DEAD-like helicases superfamily) and HELICc (helicase superfamily c-terminal domain) (PMID: 16337753). DDX47 can shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. In different cancers, evidence has shown that DDX47 is a poor prognostic predictor for renal cell carcinoma, as well as a diagnostic biomarker for breast cancer and chronic myeloid leukemia (PMID: 35490652).
