  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using E2F7 antibody (82887-1-RR, Clone: 230073C2 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR004).(CL488-Phalloidin, green). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82887-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82887-1-RR (same clone as 82887-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug E2F7 Recombinant antibody (82887-1-RR, Clone:230073C2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82887-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82887-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82887-1-RR against Human E2F7 were performed. The affinity constant is 31.3 nM.

Background Information

E2F7 also named as E2F transcription factor 7 is a 911 amino acid protein, which belongs to the E2F/DP family. E2F7 localizes in the nucleus and mainly forms homodimers and, to a lesser extent, heterodimers with E2F8. E2F7 as a transcription factor involves in various processes such as angiogenesis, polyploidization of specialized cells and DNA damage response.
