Background Information

Enoyl coenzyme A hydratase 1 (ECH1), is first recog-nized as a key component in mitochondrial fatty acid β-oxidation, and subsequent studies have demonstrated that it regulates multiple pathophysiological processes (PMID:33813878). The MW of ECH1 is 36 kDa,and can be detected as 30-36 kDa.
