  WB analysis of A549 using 18032-1-AP (same clone as 18032-1-PBS)

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18032-1-AP (EDAR antibody) at dilution of 1:1200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 18032-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

EDAR, also named as DL, is a receptor for EDA isoform A1, but not for EDA isoform A2. It mediates the activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK. EDAR may promote caspase-independent cell death. It is expressed in adjacent or partially overlapping layers in the developing human skin with MW 48 kDa.
