  WB analysis using 26570-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26570-1-AP (EHHADH antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of SMMC-7721 using 26570-1-AP

  SMMC-7721 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26570-1-AP (EHHADH Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.
