• 

  WB analysis of A431 using 67056-1-Ig

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67056-1-Ig (Tissue factor antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of human blood using 67056-1-Ig

  human blood were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67056-1-Ig (Tissue Factor antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HUVEC using 67056-1-Ig

  1X10^6 HUVEC cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human Tissue Factor (67056-1-Ig, Clone:2E4A1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (66360-1-Ig, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:6000
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
