  • 1X10^6 HEK TIGIT transient transfected cells (red) and HEK parental cells were surface stained with 0.25 µg FITC Plus conjugated-TIGIT VHH (FITC-tgt). Cells were not fixed.

  • 1x10^6 PBMC were stained with 1ug FITC Plus conjugated-TIGIT VHH (FITC-tgt) and 5ul CoraLite® Plus 405 conjugated Anti-Human CD3 (Clone:UCHT1; CL405-65151). Lymphocytes were gated.

Epifluorescence images were acquired with 20x objective and post-processed.  Note: Immunostaining with FITC-tgt can also be performed after formaldehyde fixation of the cells.
