WB analysis using 18129-1-AP (same clone as 18129-1-PBS)
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18129-1-AP (GCOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 18129-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 18129-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

GCOM1, also named as Myozap, Gup and Gcom, belongs to the GCOM1 family. It plays a role in cellular signaling via Rho-related GTP-binding proteins and subsequent activation of transcription factor SRF. GCOM1 has 11 isoforms with MW 44-54kd and 64kd.
