Background Information
G protein-coupled receptor 34 (GPR34) is a 7-transmembrane orphan receptor, belonging to the GPCR family, which affects multiple biological and physiological functions, such as cell proliferation and motility, immune infiltration, gene transcription. GPR34 is indeed highly expressed on ILC1-like cells in the tumors of patients with colon adenocarcinoma, head and neck cancer, and liver cancer (PMID: 39358444).
