WB analysis of human peripheral blood platelets using 87275-3-RR (same clone as 87275-3-PBS)
human peripheral blood platelets were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87275-3-RR (GPVI antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87275-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
Affinity of 87275-3-RR
Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 87275-3-RR against Human GPVI were performed. The affinity constant is 0.174 nM.
