  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HOXB6 antibody (83155-4-RR, Clone: 230433F10 ) at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83155-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of K562 using 83155-4-RR (same clone as 83155-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 K562 were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HOXB6 Recombinant antibody (83155-4-RR, Clone:230433F10) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83155-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83155-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83155-4-RR against Human HOXB6 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.186 nM.
