The protocol involved a 4–12% Bis-Tris gradient gel with overnight transfer at 30V/4°C, SEA Block blocking buffer, and IRDye 800CW secondary antibody at 1:15000. The antibody detected the target in both whole cell lysate and mitochondrial fraction lysate. The reviewer noted the presence of one unspecific 15-kDa band. Overall, the antibody performed well for its intended application.
