  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using HSF2BP antibody (32594-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 32594-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Heat shock factor 2-binding protein (HSF2BP, also known as MEILB2) is a binding protein of HSF2, which is involved in modulating HSF2 activation in testis (PMID: 9651507). Naturally occurring elevated production of HSF2BP in tumors may be a source of cancer-promoting genomic instability and a vulnerable target (PMID: 31960047; 34790765).
