  Cobalt Chloride treated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82989-4-RR (Hif1a antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse kidney using 82989-4-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue slide using 82989-4-RR (Hif-1 alpha antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82989-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82989-4-RR against Mouse Hif1a were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
