  FC experiment of human PBMCs using SF98214-1-RR

  1x10^6 untreated or PHA-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit scFv Antibody (SF98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) and PE Anti-6*His, His-Tag Rabbit RecAb (PE-FcA98450, Clone: 251107A1). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 PHA-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit scFv Antibody (SF98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit scFv Isotype Control (SF98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE Anti-6*His, His-Tag Rabbit RecAb (PE-FcA98450, Clone: 251107A1). 1x10^6 untreated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit scFv Antibody (SF98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) and PE Anti-6*His, His-Tag Rabbit RecAb (PE-FcA98450, Clone:251107A1) (black, dashed). Cells were not fixed.

Background Information

Inducible T cell co-stimulator (ICOS) is related to the CD28 superfamily and is highly expressed on activated T cells as well as regulatory T cells and is crucial for the survival and function of T cells, Th2 cell differentiation, and lung inflammatory responses. Binding ICOS to ICOS-ligand (ICOS-L) activates a cascade of intracellular signaling molecules that prevent apoptosis and lead to the production of cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-13.
