Background Information

Interleukin-18 receptor accessory protein (IL18RAP, also known as IL1R7 and CD218b) is a crucial component of the IL-18 receptor complex. It enhances the binding activity of IL-18 to its receptor and plays a significant role in IL-18 signaling (PMID: 24842757). IL18RAP is related to the human tumor microenvironment and promotes various immune cell infiltration (PMID: 37698530).
