  FC experiment of human PBMCs using Biotin-FcA98486-3

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Biotin Anti-Human ILT-3/LILRB4 Rabbit RecAb (Biotin-FcA98486-3, Clone:250356B3) or FcZero-rAb® Biotin Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (Biotin-FcA98136, Clone: 240953C9) and Streptavidin-PE Conjugate (PE-PF00030), Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human IL3RA/CD123 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL647-98107, Clone: 241268E3). Cells were not fixed.

Background Information

LILRB4 is an inhibitory receptor in the LILR family mainly expressed on normal and malignant human cells of myeloid origin. LILRB4 is activated and subsequently recruits adaptors to cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine inhibitory motifs to initiate different signaling cascades, thus playing an important role in physiological and pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, microbial infections, and cancers.
