  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98742-2-MR (same clone as 98742-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control RecAb (98742-2-MR, Clone: MOPC-21) (red in histogram), or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4) (65143-1-Ig, Clone: RPA-T4) (green in histogram), or unstained (blue in histogram). Cells were then stained with FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98742-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of rat splenocytes using 98742-2-MR (same clone as 98742-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control RecAb (98742-2-MR, Clone: MOPC-21) (red in histogram), or 0.25 ug Anti-Rat CD45 (OX1) (65228-1-Ig, Clone: OX1) (green in histogram), or unstained (blue in histogram). Cells were then stained with FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98742-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information
