  FC experiment of THP-1 using 98742-1-MR (same clone as 98742-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 THP-1 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1, κ isotype control RecAb (98742-1-MR, Clone:253504A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD64 (10.1) (65253-1-Ig, Clone: 10.1) (green in histogram) , or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98742-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1, κ isotype control RecAb (98742-1-MR, Clone:253504A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or Anti-Rat CD45 (OX1) (65228-1-Ig, Clone: OX1) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98742-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control RecAb (98742-1-MR, Clone:253504A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4) (65143-1-Ig, Clone: RPA-T4) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98742-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
