  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98600-1-MR (same clone as 98600-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were unstained (left, blue in histogram) or surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a, λ Isotype Control RecAb (98600-1-MR, Clone:252253A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65569-1-MR, Clone: OKT3) (right, green in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98600-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 mouse bone marrow cells were unstained (left, blue in histogram) or surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a, λ Isotype Control RecAb (98600-1-MR, Clone:252253A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) (right, green in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98600-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98600-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
