Background Information
KIF12(kinesin family member 12) is a member of the kinesin superfamily (KIF), which is a microtubule-dependent ATP-driven molecular motor, and its core is involved in the regulation of organelle transport, cell division and metabolic enzyme degradation. Its functional defects are closely related to bile duct diseases, liver diseases and tumors.

Reviews
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
FH Huxley (Verified Customer) (07-28-2025) | Did not work for western blotting on cell lysates. Bands on western blot were the same in KIF12 knock-out cells (the knockout of KIF12 had been confirmed by genotyping) and in cells overexpressing KIF12-GFP as in control cells, so they must be nonspecific bands. However, ProteinTech's customer service was excellent and they promptly issued a refund for this.
