  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85681-4-RR (KTN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85681-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 85681-4-RR (same clone as 85681-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 85681-4-RR (KTN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85681-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85681-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

KTN1/Kinectin is an integral endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane protein which acts as dynamic anchor to facilitate ER membrane extension along microtubules. It has been found to bind kinesin, Rho GTPase, and translation elongation factor-1delta and gets involved in organelle motility and protein synthesis.
