Background Information
LINGO3 represents a previously unrecognized factor that promotes mucosal wound healing. It partially transduces the repair signals of TFF2, especially through the MAPK signaling cascade, and facilitates epithelial regeneration by preserving the intestinal stem cell microenvironment and maintaining Lgr5 expression (PMID: 33941035).
